I find this quote from Ritu Ghatourey as a very timely reminder about how we spend our time. We really must take sometime to just simply "...listen to our heart, mind and body...," as they might be telling us something else. Often times, we just simply talk to our mind and rarely listen to our heart, soul, and body.

This maxim from Blessed Maria Domenica is really meant for the sisters in her congregation. However, I think that it can also apply to us. We really need to pray all the time even if only for a little bit as long as we take it to heart.

I like the way the unknown author of this quote describes what "faith is". Calling faith as "the vision of the heart" helps me have a clearer view of God. The heart knows!

Prayers can really do wonders. I have posted some photoquotes about prayer before and I am adding one more today. This quote is so short but so powerful and meaningful.
