Commit to the Lord

I find that this quote from Proverbs 16:3 is a good reminder for us to commit everything to the Lord as it is a sure way for us to succeed. Isn't this great?

I find this quote from Francine Rivers as a good reminder for us to trust in the Lord. We must always do all we can but we have to learn to "stand firm in the Lord."

There is so much beauty around us! I can't help but wonder at the beauty and magnificence of God's creations. This verse from Psalm 34 says it all for me as I give thanks to God for everything including my own humble existence.

A Bud and a Prayer

When I saw on the computer screen this photo that I took of this flower, something inside me whispered a prayer. I was simply struck by it's gracefulness and beauty. I love the progression of the buds as they opened up.
