God's mercy

Here is another maxim from Blessed Maria Dominica. I am really in awe of this blessed woman. She was not only a prolific writer but also a charismatic leader of her congregation.

I think that this part of an acclamation we usually say in church fits very well this photo that I took during a Good Friday two years ago.

Today is Good Friday too and it seems apt to post this today. The sun at that time I took this photo created a beautiful silhouette of the cross on our church. I combined this with another photo I took of the procession that afternoon.
