peace, joy and serenity
Ëvery breath we take, every step we make, can be filled with peace, joy and serenity." I just love this quote from Thich Nhat Hanh. It reminds me of the power of stillness and serenity in our life.

garden of awakening
This quote from Thich Nhat Hanh, a zen Buddhist monk, makes my heart expand with joy. I can't help but smile as I imagine hundreds of flowers blooming!
