Change, healing and time

It's amazing how time is a factor in so many things in our life. Just as what Veronica Roth says here, "change like healing, takes time."
Sometimes we are so impatient that we try to circumvent time. We want instant changes, instant gratification. However, in the natural order of things, time is really of the essence. So we must learn to abide by it.

Adapt to change

This quote is the essence of Charles Darwin's theory of evolution. This has always been wrongly quoted and called as the "survival of the fittest." Actually, it's not the exactly the fittest, but rather the one that is "adaptable to change."
